It all started with Maple
Eight years ago, a friend gave our family a puppy named Maple. She was our very first family pet—a Standard Sheepadoodle who was incredibly intelligent, sweet, and loving. We had no idea then how much that little puppy would mean to us, or where the journey she started would lead.
Maple became a treasured part of our family, and over the years, we welcomed a couple of litters from her. One of those puppies was Willa Ginger. Watching Maple’s story continue through Willa makes this next chapter especially meaningful to us.
Now, through our partnership with Willa Ridge Kennels, we’re excited to introduce Willa and Captain’s Standard Sheepadoodle puppies. It truly feels like our story has come full circle—from a puppy given to us by a friend to another generation of puppies we look forward to helping families welcome home.
Meet the mother
Meet Willa Ginger
Willa is Maple’s daughter and the mother of this upcoming Standard Sheepadoodle litter. Her place in our family’s story makes welcoming her puppies all the more special.
Willa is a fun-loving, energetic girl who is always ready for a game of fetch. Loyal and devoted to her family, she loves being part of everyday life and spending time with her people. She is wonderful with children, from babies on up, and gets along well with other animals—even the family cat! Obedient and eager to join in the fun, Willa is a cherished family companion.
Captain—Greenbriar Captain—is an AKC-registered Standard Poodle stud from Happy Tail Pets with a striking merle parti tri-color coat. He weighs 73 pounds, stands 28 inches tall, and was born November 9, 2020.
Fun-loving, energetic, and full of personality, Captain enjoys chasing a ball, playing with his friends, and making the most of every opportunity for a game. His agility and social nature make him a lively, engaging companion.
His supplied genetic profile lists clear results for CDPA, CDDY, DM, NEwS, prcd-PRA, and vWD1.
Captain is the sire of Willa’s upcoming Standard Sheepadoodle litter, expected December 25, 2026. We’re excited to welcome their puppies!
Reservations are open
Join Willa & Captain’s reservation list for their litter, expected December 25, 2026.
The puppies are $1,500. A $100 refundable reservation deposit holds your place on the list and applies toward the purchase price, leaving $1,400 due at pickup.
Families choose in reservation order at a meet and greet when the puppies are about 4½–5 weeks old. If you meet them and decide they aren’t the right fit, your deposit will be refunded.
December 25 is the expected birth date. We’ll share confirmed birth and go-home details as the litter arrives and grows.
